Welcome in Slumpbusters! On today's episode Kyle & Ju-Ju have a loaded slate of topics to discuss. We breakdown the World Series so far, the biggest game in college football this season, update Kyle's NBA power rankings and preview NFL Week 8.
We start off by addressing the Bengals moving to 5-2 following a big win in Baltimore. Can the Bengals sustain this early season success and make a run in this years playoffs?
Charlie Morton pitched in game one of the World Series but had to unfortunately depart due to a broken leg. Morton didn't initially leave the game after the injury, he stayed in to retire the next three batters McCormick, Maldonado and Altuve. Morton's Braves would take home field advantage away from the Houston Astros in the World Series.
College Football has an incredible game as two undefeated teams in the Big-10 conference will play this weekend. Jim Harbaugh's Michigan Wolverine's team will take on Mel Tucker's Michigan State Spartans. Both programs are 7-0 which is the best record both schools will entire with in the history of their football programs. Sparty is led by Heisman candidate Kenneth Walker. Walker had over 900 yards on the ground for the Spartans and nine rushing touchdowns. Not to be outdone Michigan has a dynamic running game featuring Blake Corrum and Hassan Haskins. Will the difference lie in coaching, quarterback play or the defenses when these instate rivals battle for potentially a spot in this years College Football Playoffs? #B1GConference

Has Milwaukee leap frogged Brooklyn for the number one spot? Are the Celtics going to tread water in the NBA's middle tier again this season?
